Elisa Bisconti (1984) is graduated with honors in Economics from the University Ca’ Foscari of Venice. Enrolled in the Register of Certified Public Accountants  and in the Register of Auditors at n.178854.
Elisa developed several experiences in financial and economic consultancy. She mainly deals with tax and corporate law matters, with a focus on company evaluations and M&A. 

Elisa collaborates with Studio Bampo in the field of tax and corporate consultancy, with particular regard to company valuations and extraordinary corporate finance, as well as in legal auditing and planning regarding personal assets .
